How claims work
Enter your flight details and AirHelp's eligibility engine checks the disruption cause, the route's legal framework and the airline's track record in seconds. Submit boarding pass and booking confirmation, sign a mandate, and AirHelp pursues the claim, escalating to its in-house lawyers and to court when airlines stonewall.
The success fee is around 35 percent (about 50 with court escalation), and you pay nothing if the claim fails. Half of something the airline would never have paid you voluntarily is the honest way to frame it.
What is actually claimable
Delays of 3+ hours at final destination, cancellations under 14 days' notice, and denied boarding on EU departures or EU carriers (plus UK, Turkish, Canadian and some other frameworks). Extraordinary circumstances like weather void claims, but airlines overuse that excuse, which is exactly where a legal team earns its fee.
